Planning work in a live environment is part of the service: execution stages, shutdown windows and coordination with operations are defined in advance.

What should I prepare for the first conversation?

A short description of the process or problem, drawings or photos if available, and an approximate timeline. Even without these, a conversation is a good start.

Do you stay involved after handover?

Post-handover support is agreed per project according to need and set out in the proposal.
